In my opinion, many people in my demographic – millennial / LGBT question our past spiritual experiences or even God’s existence. Here’s my journey of why I still believe in God. It’s NOT a blanket statement for others. And it’s NOT others’ experiences either. It’s my own.

I watched your video on Facebook about why you still believe even though you are gay. And…. I haven’t been so touched by something in a very long time.

I also had a very hurtful experience in my church, but with my youth pastor. It happened during one of the most tumultuous times in my life. It made me question everything.

But I know that I have to believe what I know is true. It doesn’t matter if I’m gay, I know God and His Son and His Spirit. That’s the most important thing.

Thank you so much for creating that video.
